FESTIVAL FAQ’s:

Should I bring a hard copy ticket?

You are required to bring your ticket and/or proof of purchase (paper/phone) in order to gain entry to the Music Arena. Your ticket will be exchanged for a wrist band upon entry.

Do you offer Family Tickets?

We don’t offer specific family tickets. Children under 12 years are entitled to a half price ticket which allows entry to the Music Arena Friday and Saturday nights.

Can I camp at the Festival?

Camping is under the stars in the valley. Cost is included in your ticket price, so break out the swags, tents, camper trailer, caravans and roof top tents. The venue site is equipped with toilets but please be as self contained as possible.

Extra camping nights, either side of the weekend can be purchased at time of booking. ($15 per vehicle per night)

No open fires are permitted on or around the grounds and quiet consumption of alcohol is permitted in your own camp area. Please remember this is a family friendly event.

There are local dump points in Nabawa and at Fig Tree Crossing.

All sites are unpowered and whilst there are toilets available, there are no showers.

What to bring to festival?

Please bring your own chairs, rugs, food, snacks, drinks and cash (preferred). Please note: NO alcohol to be taken into the Music Arena on Saturday night.

Will there be food and drinks available at the Festival?

A variety of food, drink and stall holders will be available during the festival. Please support local.

Food and alcohol can be brought into the Music Arena on Friday night, however on Saturday night there is NO BYO ALCOHOL as the local Chapman Valley Footy club is raising funds through their licensed bar.

Is there a bar at the festival ?

On the Saturday night there is a licensed bar to support the local Chapman Valley Footy club. Please note that The Chapman Valley Country Music Festival promotes responsible alcohol consumption and has a zero tolerance of intoxicated and antisocial behaviour.

Can my four-legged friend come with me?

No animals are allowed in the performance/food/music areas. They are welcome at your campsite however must be restrained at all times and have plenty of water and shade. Guide and Assistance Dogs are the exception.

Does Chapman Valley have cash-out facilities?

Please bring cash because there are limited services nearby.

Our festival is strictly non-smoking within performance and other shared areas.

Refund Policy:

Sorry there are NO refunds for tickets - you are welcome to on sell should you not be able to attend. The event will occur in all weather conditions.
