Changes to Plastic Laws

Please remember to bring your reusable coffee cup or wine cup to reduce plastic waste at the Chapman Valley Country Music Festival and help keep our ground beautiful.

Should I bring a hard copy ticket?

You don't necessarily need a hard copy of your ticket, but please ensure you have a copy of your ticket in either soft or hard format for the crew at the gate to check. Your ticket will be exchanged for an arm band upon entry.

Do you offer Family Tickets?

We don’t offer specific family tickets, but we love seeing families share beautiful collective experiences so much that young people aged under 18 are allowed free entry as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult!

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Can I camp at the Festival?

Community campgrounds are available for festival-goers and can be purchased with the cost included in your festival tickets. So, break out the swags, tents, camper trailer, caravans and roof top tents. The venue site is equipped with toilets. Weekend camping tickets include one unpowered camping site for 3 days. There is also the option for you to purchase a 1-day pass which includes entry for the day plus overnight camping for 1 night only.

Are there seats available to rest my weary body?

Please bring your own chairs, not to be left overnight in the performance area

Will there be food and drinks at the Festival?

A variety of food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the Nanson Showgrounds pavilion. There will be a great range of local produce and small business owners, so make sure you support he local producers!

Is there a bar at the festival ?

No, the event is not a licensed venue. Campers to the festival are permitted to bring their own drinks, but not into the immediate performing area. Please note that The Chapman Valley Country Music Festival promotes responsible alcohol consumption and has a zero tolerance of intoxicated and antisocial behaviour.

How do I get my bootscootin' body in and out of the event?

Entry to the festival is via the main gate located on McCagh Rd, just off Chapman Valley Rd, Nanson WA 6532. Camping sites are within walking distance of the venue. Ample parking is available close to the venue for day parking and disability parking.

Should I bring the little ones?

Absolutely! Families are welcome, and young people under the ago of 18 are admitted free of charge to the festival but minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can my four-legged friend come with me?

Guide and Assistance Dogs are permitted, but please note that other animals are not allowed in the performance areas unless for this reason, and dogs must be on a lead at all times.

Does Chapman Valley have cash-out facilities?

Please bring cash because there are limited services nearby.

Where do I find the program for the Festival?

The festival lineup can be found on our website www.chapmanvalleymusicfestival.com. Physical program books will also be available at check in.

Our festival is strictly non-smoking within performance and other shared areas.

Refund Policy:

In the instance that refunds are required, please contact the festival organiser as per Trybooking. In the case of a full event cancellation, refunds will be given minus the booking fee cost
